Located on the main East Riding transport corridor, Williamsfield is a development of thirty, three, four and five bedroom homes, each built to be more sustainable, energy efficient and attractive places to live than alternative housing developments in the region.
With a strong desire to achieve level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes and provide buyers with properties boasting only the highest quality appliances, the site’s developers opted to fit Bosch products throughout. This meant installing one of Worcester, Bosch Group’s award-winning Greenstar boilers in every new home.
By installing a combination of Worcester’s Greenstar 38CDi Classic and Greenstar 12i and 15i System gas-fired boilers, the NHBC registered developer was fully assured of the high quality and hugely efficient heating and hot water performance in each property – a factor deemed key to the development’s sustainability credentials.

So many developers take the view that out of sight appliances needn’t be manufactured by a reputable brand, but this isn’t an ethos we agree with, which is why we had Worcester boilers and Bosch kitchen appliances installed within every one of our homes.
