We’re celebrating another award win, having scooped the prize for Best Consumer Website at the DigiAwards 2016.
The annual awards, held by CorpComms Magazine to celebrate the innovative use of digital media in communications, praised our website for its “good stakeholder identification” and “impressive numbers” – with the website having seen an increase in traffic of 1,767%.
After reviewing our former website and identifying common searches, we were able develop more refined user friendly features. The platform offers a fresh look and intuitive design to not only guide customers through a hassle free selection process but also to provide advice and easy to use tools.
These included the new “find an installer” feature which has almost doubled the number of sales leads received via website enquiries, and a series of “frequently asked questions” and helpful videos that complement our dedicated Customer Service department.
